Aromas of dark cherries, dry dates, filberts, nuttela (filbert based spread), with a note of earth and Dundee Hills dust intermingling with the fruit. The flavors are just as fascinating and complex with red and dark cherries, blackberries, notes of soy and herb spices. The texture is thick, round and silky with sweet tannins. The finish is long and rich, with earthiness and fruit sweetness.
